Experience
Since 2022, we have also been focussing much more strongly on the Central European markets. These activities are managed by the German business unit in Wesel, which we have expanded both qualitatively and quantitatively since its establishment.
In addition to restructuring the business unit, we have succeeded in attracting and recruiting a team of experienced experts from other established market players for Soventix.
We have thus intensified our activities in the European utility-scale market and are mainly active in the 10 MWp to 50 MWp range.
The trend for the future is towards larger installations.
This is happening on greenfield sites and as floating solar parks. We are looking forward to future co-operations and EPC / O+M activities in Germany and the European markets.

Outlook
Soventix has significantly expanded its market presence in Germany.
By strategically switching to the exclusive construction of large-scale photovoltaic systems, it has succeeded in installing an average of 100 MWp per year in Germany. And the tendency is increasing.
In future, we will expand from Germany into other European markets or revitalise markets in which we are active.
These includes Austria, Switzerland,the Netherlands, the Nordics and last but not least Romania, where Soventix has already realised several projects.

1. Provide Property Details
The procedure begins when the owner sends us the basic information of the land he wishes to lease.
2. Land Pre-Feasibility Study
Then a feasibility study is carried out considering technical, environmental and geographical variables in order to determine if the land is suitable for the development of a solar generation project.
3. Commercial Proposal
In the event that the land is suitable, a formal proposal will be sent to the owner for the lease of their land.
4. Title Review and Lease Agreement
Once a commercial agreement has been reached, the study of land titles will begin to later give way to the preparation and signing of the lease contract.
